Towards a Better future
Fellow Nigerians, we are conscious of the need to build and sustain a virile constituency, a just society and peaceful state. To this end, we recognize that our objective requires the conscious, dedicated and collective efforts of the generality of our people as it concerns the enthronement of a good and purposeful leadership. As we gradually advance to a critical point in our state’s political history when we are expected to make a choice for the emergence of a legitimate house of assembly that will come up by 2010/2011, we must be guided by the fact that leadership is not about self but about people, service and patriotism. In taking this decision we should understand that the choices we make will either lead to a reversal of the gains of the present administration in secure for us a country that we can be proud of and a future that holds opportunities, hope and prosperity.
VISION FOR BORIPE STATE CONSTITUENCY
• To further strengthen the institutions of our democracy and civil society in order to entrench the practice of a true democratic culture.
• To build a society based on equality, justice and respect for human rights and the rule of law where improved living standards of the average Nigerian remains a right of the people and a sacred responsibility of Government.
• To secure our people as a strategic region of our constituency and tackle the problems and challenges facing the people in an effort to establish peace and security in the region.
Fellow Boripe state constituency, we have settled the conviction that Hon. Fabunmi Sunday G. represents a new vision and new order that seeks to reposition the masses of this great constituency as the centerpiece of a responsive and committed leadership.
